AI Trainer is a health and fitness application that creates a personalized training program with artificial intelligence algorithms. At AI Trainer we work to give you the best possible experience and we care about your privacy.

If you visit our website (http://www.aitrainer.one) or our mobile application, we recommend that you read this Privacy Policy carefully to make it easier for you to understand what data we collect, how we use it, and to give you more control over your data.

AI Trainer can work with different platforms to perform its functions related to the Services. The platforms we work with may have different policies from ours on how data is collected, used, and shared.

WHAT TYPE OF DATA DO WE COLLECT?

We collect and process various information during your registration to AI Trainer or use of AI Trainer. The information collected and used by us is as follows:

Data Provided by You

The information we collect depends on; the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.

Personal Data:

When registering to AI Trainer; your name, e-mail address, and password are mandatory information that you must provide. Depending on your request, you can also upload your photo to AI Trainer during or after registration. Apart from this, it is possible to log in with your Facebook, Google, or Apple account; but confirmations are made through the API in terms of logins that are made through the relevant accounts.

This information is required for the use of AI Trainer.

Apart from this, for the application to achieve its purpose, the following information that you share depending on your preference while creating a personalized training program is also stored and processed by us:

Gender, Height, Current Weight, Target Weight, Date of Birth, Fitness Goal (Weight Loss, Getting Fit, Build Muscle), Current Body Type, Target Body Type, Target Muscle Group (Legs, Arms, Chest, Hips, Shoulders, Abs), Fitness Level, Activity Level, Training Frequency (Day/Week, Minute/Day), Equipment Owned, Body Area Preferences That Should Not Be Worked, Body Area (Legs, Arms, Chest, Hips, Shoulders, Abs) Circumference and information that comes from entries made through 3rd parties and that you consent to share.

Payment Information:

AI Trainer will be able to offer you paid content. If you make a purchase through the app or on our website, we may collect data necessary to process your payment; such as your payment instrument number, your credit card number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Social Media Login Data:

We may offer you the option to register with us using your Facebook or other social media account information. In this case, your information shared with us by the social media you have chosen to register with (the relevant responsibilities regarding the processing and sharing of this information and obtaining consent belong to the relevant media) are processed by us.

If you log in to the application with Facebook, Apple, or Google, the control is provided via API since the following information is kept on the relevant platform.

We may collect the following information during application use if you give access or your consent:

Geographic Location Information: We may collect location-based information from your mobile device to provide location-requiring services if you allow access to use your location information while using AI Trainer. If you want to change application access and permissions, you can do so in your device's settings.

Mobile Device Access: We may collect related information if you allow access to certain features from your mobile device during the use of AI Trainer, including your mobile device's camera, sensors, storage space, reminders, and other features. If you want to change application access and permissions, you can do so in your device's settings.

Push Notifications: If you accept that we send you push notifications about your account or the features of the application during the use of AI Trainer, push notifications will be sent to your mobile device by the application. If you do not wish to receive such notifications, you can turn them off in your device's settings.

Similar App Access: AI Trainer can share information such as the Number of Steps, Amount of Water Consumed, Training Time, and Total Calories Burned with Apple Health or Google Health to fulfill its purpose, and they can share data with us from the relevant applications in line with the permissions that you will give to the applications stated.

INTERNET	Allows applications to open network sockets.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE	Allows applications to access information about networks.
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE	Allows applications to access information about Wİ-Fİ networks.
ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION	Allows an application to recognize physical activity.
BILLING	To add in app purchase product need to add billing permission.
WRITE_INTERNAL_STORAGE	Permission to write files to app local directory.
READ_INTERNAL_STORAGE	Permission to read files from app local directory.
WAKE_LOCK	Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep the processor from sleeping or the screen from dimming.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION	Allows an app to access precise location.
AD_ID	Allows ads in the app.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE	Allows a regular application to use Service.startForeground.
NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription	Allows an application to access to the user’s photo library.

Automatically Collected Data: Some information about you is collected automatically when you download AI Trainer to your device, use the application or visit our website. Your choices regarding the application content, the actions you will take through the notifications sent to you, the delivery times and transcripts of the mail or contact forms you will send to us, the identity information and features of your devices, your IP address, browser features, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country Information such as location, device and usage information about when you use the application can be automatically collected by us.

In order to fulfill the stated purposes, information and content are provided to service providers such as advertising and marketing, security, infrastructure, cloud service providers. AI Trainer does not knowingly collect information about children under the age of 16, does not transfer to other organizations, and does not engage in activities that require parental notification or consent. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED ABROAD?

AI Trainer can transfer and store your data to third parties residing abroad by taking the necessary security measures in line with the legal personal data processing purposes. Personal data is transferred to foreign countries declared to have adequate protection by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority. If the account created by you in AI Trainer is deleted, your personal data is permanently deleted in a way that cannot be obtained retrospectively.
